Dr. Anubhav Mohiley
Dr. Mohiley is a researcher with a Postdoctoral degree from the University of Tübingen in Germany. Over the last decade, he has worked in the fields of agriculture, ecosystem services, biodiversity assessment, and plant and soil ecology. He has led numerous projects and investigated plant ecology, regenerative farming, biodiversity, and ecotoxicology.
Dr. Angel Armas
Dr. Armas holds a degree in Forestry and a Master's in Tropical Ecosystems and Forest Management. He is currently completing his PhD. With 20 years of experience as a project manager, researcher, and data analyst, he specialises in planning sustainable ecosystem practices, focusing on ecosystem services, greenhouse gas emission reduction, and geospatial land use monitoring.
James Wachieni
James has extensive experience in designing, planning, and implementing socio-economic and environmental projects. James has led nature-based and carbon projects across Africa. He has successfully guided over 15 winning grant proposals. He is experienced in organisational capacity development, systems strengthening, and behaviour change communication.

Thomas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and a Master’s in Strategy. He combines his lifelong passion and studies for nature conservation with an international background in strategy creation and operational implementation. He is responsible for the continued scaling of nature-based solutions, ensuring growth.
Ajay Hoxha
Ajay began his career managing pension fund allocations before founding an incubation firm that used proprietary capital to screen 1,200 managers over five years. He successfully seeded and incubated eight fund managers across various asset classes. Ajay's career culminated in establishing and leading Hoxha Investments as CEO, focusing on allocation to early-stage managers.
